Maison Souvenance

Located at the entrance of the territory of the Haut-Pays de la Neigette this log building was built in 1983 by a group of volunteers. A scaled model reconstitutes the village of Sainte-Blandine as it was in 1925 with its people, houses, businesses and institutional buildings.

Musée régional de Rimouski

Facing the Tourist Information Centre, in the heart of downtown Rimouski, this museum is housed in the oldest stone church in Eastern Québec. The museum focuses on contemporary art, local history, and sciences - so much to see and do for all the family.

Schedule: June 11th to Septembre 3th, everyday 9:30 am to 18:00 pm. Rest of the year: Wednesday to Sunday 12:00 am to 5:00 pm and until 20:00 pm Thursday

Site historique de la Maison Lamontagne

Visit the oldest house east of Quebec city, a half-timbered construction built around 1744. Dicover its history, exceptional architectural style and different exhibits on domestic architecture and the life of 18th century peasants. Activities, free outdoor concerts on Sundays, picnic areas further allow visitors to appreciate the historic site. Marie-Agnès and Basile, the fist owners, await you!
